Grant listed the property for us to to auction and wasted no time getting prospective purchasers through before the first open house that were on his books which resulted in us getting multiple offers in the first 2 days one of which was at the top of our expectation and we happily accepted. The whole process was very stressless and and trouble free. Would definately reccomend Grant to anyone looking to list their property for sale.
