Heidi was fantastic from our intial appraisal through to the sale of our property. From being a contact for insurance purposes through to chasing quotes and organising maintenance she was with us every step of the way. Communication through email, phone and text always kept us up to date which was important as we no longer resided in Bathurst. I found her honest and straight forward. I could ask a question and get a no-nonsense response. She was very knowledgable of the market and the Bathurst area in general. Our sale exceeded our expectations at a time when we weren't even looking to sell. I would without hesitation recommend Heidi as an agent for sale or seek of a property and raine and Horne as an agent for rental management and or sale. Very happy customer.
