Grant listed the property for us to to auction and wasted no time getting prospective purchasers through before the first open house that were on his books which resulted in us getting multiple offers in the first 2 days one of which was at the top of our expectation and we happily accepted. Thank you for all your help throughout the whole process, you always came back to us with good news & knew how to attract fast interest to our property. It was touch & go with our first interested purchasers but then Grant pulled a rabbit out his hat and found the perfect client who wanted a speedy sale too and next thing you know a week later and were sold and now in the process of moving.
