Well, I was given Grants number from another respected local professional to provide me an honest appraisal on the current real estate market and what he has on offer to gain a perspective on purchasing a property. From the very first phone call, I can say, Grants energy was infectious and his immediate willingness to assist and meet up was welcoming and just what I was hoping for. Our appointment did not disappoint, his professionalism, attentiveness and easy-going nature made it easy to communicate within a no-stress environment. Grant quickly obtained a picture of the type of property we were searching for and was straight online to showcase us what he had to offer. As it turned out, the ideal property appeared on Grants real estate website that afternoon, and an offer and acceptance from a quick-acting buyer was made before close of business that day. Grant informed me the prospective purchase was subject to loan approval and assured me he would contact me before any other interested parties if the purchasers application didn’t eventuate. True to his word, I received a phone call a few days later to inform me that was the case. He immediately liaised with the owners and organised an inspection for us the following day. We agreed on a purchase price on the spot and less than a week later we have exchanged contracts. His honesty, loyalty and professionalism is above par, and I will happily say Grants positivity and exuberant character is a refreshing addition to the real estate profession.
