Grant is both a very personable and effective negotiator. He's done his research and he knows his market inside and out. That said there were a couple minor administrative errors with the contract and my contact details that caused delays which became a little frustrating when the vendor later threatened to put the property back on the market as a result. All in all though Grant himself was an amazing agent and if you've got the choice, he's the best person to have in your corner.
