I was pleased to be able to inspect the property without delay and then after I had applied for the tenancy to be notified promptly that my application was successful. The automated lease signing process was straightforward and Jami went out of her way to help me proceed with the move before the end of the week. It is fair to say that she took much of the stress out of the process for me. I was very grateful for her efficiency and helpfulness.

Nothing is too much trouble for this team. They know their market well and are quick to act on any requests from us. The information they provide is always spot on. They carry out inspections with due diligence and promptly report findings to us. The rental property we looked at was the first viewing through raine and horne belmont. My daughter and I went to view it and fell in love straight away we knew it was for our little family. Jye was very approachable with a warm friendly personality. Jye has been so helpful and although his so buisy always manages to get back to me in regards to application or any queries promptly.
