Very professional in leasing my downstairs new unit
After contacting Raine and Horne only three weeks ago, there agents visited my house for advice and a appraisal to let a unit I had built down stairs for my daughter and partner who shared for approximately 3-4 years .Then they were able to purchased there first home in east Maitland. Having the unit vacant my wife and I thought to enquire about the possibility of renting it. So I contacted the realestate as mentioned. So given there expert advice on the market, current pricing trends in the area, advertising and there local clients interested in renting a spacious unit, especially with all the utilities included in there rent. In less than a week they had a company have a showing and they payed a holding deposit and only a couple of days later signed a 12 months lease agreement and the new tenant moves in next Wednesday. How efficient is that! 3 weeks and it was so simple with these Highly professional agents. This is our first time renting and I’m so impressed by there knowledge and straight forward approach. I recommend Belmont Raine and Horne to anyone wishing to rent or purchase a home. So Im looking forward to have these guys managing our investment. Very Happy .

As a single mum, I found I was being constantly overlooked by other property managers, but Jye and his team took the time to get to know me, and went out of their way to help me find the right property for my family. Jye leased out our investment property in Marks Point. He found a great tenant with in about a week or so of the property going on the market. Jye from Raine and Horne is Superman
We had listed our home for rent with another Real Estate in the region and over 2-3 weeks they weren't able to rent our property with a lot of empty promises. We decided to come through to Jye who we had spoken with well before anyone else. We obviously made a mistake not choosing Jye to manage the rental of our property from the beginning. He was absolutely proactive with every aspect and worked so fast to ensure the property doesn't stay on the market any longer than it has been. Based on what we experienced previously, we were hesitant to trust another agent... But Jye did everything so smoothly and followed through with promises. He delivered. Within 48 - 72 hours of our property being advertised, it was rented- felt so unreal. The tenants are absolutely amazing, he chose the right fit in such a short time. Committed and driven.
The rent managers achieved a significant increase in rent per week over my last managing agent Leah Jay. They had tenants secured within a week of moving my property to them. Something I've never experienced with Leah Jay. The management fees are also cheaper. I highly recommend them.
