My property manager Jami is an absolute pleasure to deal with, polite, courteous, professional, friendly and emphatic. Recently when I had a hot water pressure problem Jami regularly checked in on myself to make sure the tradesmen had arrived and the problem rectified asap. Jami has always promptly replied to any message or email I have sent and organised my new lease ahead of time which was greatly appreciated & is always professional & prompt when routine inspections come around. While applying for huge number of different properties, Jye from Raine & Horne Belmont stood out as being communicative, fast and friendly throughout the applications, inspection and moving process. Jye went above and beyond to convince our landlord to let us take out a lease with our three dogs, something that most other agents simply turned us away for, and we were able to request some modifications to the properties fences to better suit our animals. Jye is always easy to communicate with and is very responsive to any questions I have.
