Lisa from Raine & Horne Belmont did everything that she promised she would do to advertise my duplex for sale. Throughout the entire for sale process, Lisa provided me with updates after every buyers' booked inspections and open house on 2 Saturdays. Lisa continued to provide me updates after the duplex had a confirmed buyer. Lisa has excellent negotiating skills. She was able to negotiate with potential buyers to get me a very good price.
