I am so glad that I chose Kay with the task of selling my house. The pressure was on with a flight to the UK on the horizon plus a sudden decision to list the property a few days before Christmas. However, Kay has gone out of her way to show interested parties my property, even coming on public holidays. At one stage I suggested she had a bed here! In little more than two weeks Kay had managed to secure a price well over the guide price which was extraordinary. She knew that I needed every cent possible in order to buy a house in the most expensive area of England and she worked very hard (and persuasively I imagine!) to achieve it.
