Simple and stress free process!
During the recent purchase of a property I found Lisa to be helpful and courteous with all requests. We also appreciated Lisa's assistance with asking the Vendor's help with a couple of items. Overall an easy process which was very much appreciated!

Friendly and made everything easy!
I had great service from Kay in what was a difficult time to buy given all the imposed Covid restrictions we had to deal with. She was always friendly, attentive, responsive and helpful. There is honestly not much more you could want from an agent. Thanks again Kay for all of your help buying my first home :)

Lisa is a truly knowledgeable and dedicated professional
We first met Lisa at Raine & Horne (Belmont) when Julie and I decided to sell out Valentine rental property. Lisa was extremely helpful and went over all the details and steps so we clearly understand the process. Lisa's communication, knowledge and personality are 3 aspects I rate very highly Lisa was always available to call and kept us up to date on every aspect of the sale - weekends, after hours, any time - very much appreciated Managed the potential buyer inspections and final sale of our property during a difficult Covid-19 lockdown period even when there were tenants in the property. Provided feedback from potential buyers to ensure Julie and I put the price range that not only met but exceeded our expectations that lead to a speedy sale Managed - the repairs to the property as required, the tenants needs when inspections were requested. Sale of my property
Where do I start with describing my experience with Raine and Horne Belmont, particularly Kat McKee. Kay is the ultimate professional! She was never late to an appointment, extremely knowledgeable on the current market and provided consistent feedback from inspections to us and the purchaser. It was never a problem to meet people after hours or on weekends. She was even prepared to stay long hours as she had organised back to back appointments most days. We achieved a purchase price way above what we expected because Kay takes a personal interest in her clients and what they want to achieve and never loses sight of that goal. If you are thinking of selling your home and want a person who not only presents herself professionally but is 100% at the top of her game, look no further!

Great service
Lisa I apologise again for messing up the times.. I pride myself on being organised and if you hadn’t waited around for us We wouldn’t be currently writing this review.. Property sold - Lisa Boratel
Lisa has been a pleasure to deal with right through the entire process in our unit sale from the initial property appraisal to the end result keeping us up to date with every property inspection, providing feedback pased on to her and dealing with recieved offers. There was a couple of issues arising from the Strata search which Lisa helped us with to get resolved. All in all a very pkeasant process and would definately use Lisa again if needed and highly recommend her to any furure vendors.

Great help and very supportive
