Lisa- hassle free process!
we recently sold our house through Raine& Horne Belmont and Lisa has been nothing but amazing. She's very quick and responsive. Throughout the whole process she communicated really well with us and explained things in details. She made us felt comfortable without being pushy and demanding. She has been very understanding and flexible, but most of all she made the whole process so much easier than we thought it was going to be. I highly recommend her!

Had our back from the beginning
Lisa Borstel, had our back from the beginning. She was recommended to us through a rep at work, and contacted us quicky to arrange to meet and chat re selling our home. As soon as we met with Lisa we knew she was the one to get the job done and the price we needed. She answered all our dumb questions with so much knowledge and made the selling process easy. We wanted someone who knew the area well and Lisa knows Lake Mac well. We had some difficulties around getting into the tenanted house for inspections, however the push backs, were handled well and with professionalism. We would recommend Lisa to our family and friends and thank her for helping us get over the figure we wanted for our home.

Informative and simple process
Friendly, relaxed, understanding, communicative and no pressure. Lisa was approachable and easy to contact throughout the whole process, she was happy to answer any of my random questions I had and was open and honest with information and insight provided. The process has been pretty straight forward and as the vendor I have felt I had nothing to do, which was reasuring and a comfort, eliminating any additional stress. I just hand my keys and let Lisa and her team do the rest.
