Highly Recommend
I am happy to comment on my experience with Lisa, in the sale of my home at Park Street, Belmont North. I was very nervous at this time as I wanted a quick sale of my home due to purchasing a new apartment. Lisa was so helpful in making me feel comfortable with all that needed to be done to make my home appealing to prospective buyers. I was astounded when my home sold in 3 days....with everything being explained to me about the cooling off period etc. The sale was settled on the same day that I settled my purchase of my apartment. Everything went so smoothly thanks to Lisa. I highly recommend Lisa Borstel.

Professional and warm

Kay is amazing to deal with customer service is second to none
Highly recommend Kay, I bought a house with her 16 yrs ago and she goes above and beyond. I bought my house with Kay and have now sold my house with Kay. In my vast experience you can get agents that you may buy from but would not sell with!! Kay is with out a shadow of doubt someone I would buy and also sell with, a rare find. Kay is professional at all times and you can certainly trust her to do the "right thing" by you.

The Queen of Lake Macquarie!
Kay was an absolute pleasure to deal with on our recent purchase in Nords Warf. She genuinely cares about her buyers as well as her vendors, and her calm approach certainly helped us navigate the stresses of buying our second house. Kay's communication was fantastic, and kept us in the loop through every step of the journey. Our only regret is not having met Kay earlier and listing our previous house with her!

8 years ago I bought a property from Lisa , I was so impressed I knew if I ever sold I’d approach Lisa again . Perfection Plus!
Lisa is a lovely lady with a professional yet friendly manner. She was prompt in communication, kept us updated at all times and even showed my husband the property we had made an offer on, on a Sunday as he had not previously seen it. We have seen many houses with many agents- some helpful, some not so much, over the past year or so in the Belmont area. How lucky were we to find the "perfect property" with the "most perfect agent". We highly recommend Lisa.
