Lisa is a great negotiator and communicator.
In these uncertain times, it was good to know that Lisa had the right information and skills to sell my property. Lisa is a great negotiator and communicator, never failing to keep in touch and advising on how the property inspections were going. This is my second property sold by Lisa and I would highly recommend her to anyone.

Perfection Plus!
Lisa is a lovely lady with a professional yet friendly manner. She was prompt in communication, kept us updated at all times and even showed my husband the property we had made an offer on, on a Sunday as he had not previously seen it. We have seen many houses with many agents- some helpful, some not so much, over the past year or so in the Belmont area. How lucky were we to find the "perfect property" with the "most perfect agent". We highly recommend Lisa.

Smooth sailing

Professional & Not Pushy
She is the only salesperson I have met that not only isn't pushy but also isn't slimy! She know's the market, she's honest, diligent, she doesn't ramble on, keeps you updated with regular calls/reports, is down to earth and isn't arrogant either! My property was on the market for just under 2 months & it sold at a reasonable price. Would highly recommend her to anyone in need of a real estate agent. Thank you for looking after my rental & sales property.

Covid Special
Lisa was the best agent in the Newcastle area during Covid 19 restrictions. Entry protocols and spacing in place, with compulsory disposable gloves and hand sanitising. She is always smiling and helpful, and made the process run smoothly!
