They were accommodating, hard working, with fair pricing and great communication. First time leasing my home and they went above and beyond in organizing cleaners for me when they fell through on my end.

Up on reaching Australia we shortlisted few apartments, one of which was from Raine & Horne Concord/Strathfield. R&H staff Mark and Susie made our movement a pleasing experience. They were honest and very straight forward. Although there were few minor issues which was not captured in the condition report, when pointed out they helped us to get them addressed. Overall, I would give them 10 out of 10. Thank you Mark and Susie

Do you want to have a happy landlord and a happy tenant? Alison got me a better weekly rent with her advice on advertising and her valuable market rental knowledge in the area. To keep tenants happy, Alison handles tenants’ requests and issues very quickly with her Maintenance Team. Alison is excellent in managing your investment property. She liaises with me in detail for approval of all works. I have recommended Alison to my family, and they have switched over to her and are just as happy.

Joanna Lu was extremely helpful when it came to finding a tenant for my flat. She gave me updates after viewing and did the necessary due diligence on the possible tenants. She came up with reasons as to why we should choose the one we did. She was also able to obtain a good rental price for the flat. Management of the flat is also going well - she is always prompt if there is any query regarding the flat. If i had another investment property i will be more than happy to use her services.
