We have had Alison Chang manage our properties for a while. We couldn’t ask for a better property agent. Alison is always up to date with our properties and solves any issues promptly. She is readily available and has an excellent line of communication. She is respectful and professional always. It is a pleasure having Alison as our agent. She is an asset to the Raine and Horne team.

I recently moved into a new apartment and Joanna made the process smooth and easy. I can confidently say that she is the first agent that I have dealt with that has been so proactive and responsive. Renting can be stressful especially when you need to fix an issue, but Joanna has already shown me 2 weeks into my lease that she is reliable and helpful. I look forward to dealing with her during my lease. Thank you Joanna!

Alison Chang is the best property manager we have dealt with. Follows up, gets things done, and co-ordinates well. Alison goes a step further than being a property manager, Alison is a project manager.
