After five months with the worst real estate agents in Sydney, located in Campsie, I was lucky to transfer to Raine & Horne Concord/Strathfield during the covid lockdown. Being an interstate landlord it is far more difficult to keep track of rental properties at a distance and after my terrible experience with the previous agents, to find that Susie Budwee was to manage my property I had some concerns. These were soon dispelled. She has gone out of her way to attend to all the problems that arose as a consequence of covid and my decision to do major internal renovations at this period, as well as finding suitable tenants. I cannot praise her more highly for her ethical approach to my property (rare in the industry!), and would not hesitate to recommend her to any prospective landlord. I have no doubts that tenants would receive the same attention as well.
