Raine and Horne Concord has been our property management agent since 2002. The owner Paul Pattenon is like an old friend to us, always friendly and professionally dealing with our property. We recently carried out some renovation work followed by renting out the property. The property management team, John Thai and Marco Jung are very experience, professional, hardworking and dedicate. They have been giving us advise and recommendation. Especially Marco has been spending lots of time to coordinate the renovation work while we are overseas. He showed us photos after the work was done. We are very thankful to him.

In this fickle market, the team were able to move quickly and rent out my place without any issues. Highly recommended.

From the first visit to talk through details & view the house for rent, the team have been nothing but helpful, understanding & interested in doing their best for us. The Friday meeting led to an Ad on Monday after the weekend, viewings on Monday afternoon, a brief of potential tenants & recommendation on Tuesday plus checks & signing if contract on Thursday. All steps with clear communication & genuine explanations & recommendation to make us feel safe & confident with our choice & decision. We are amazed & humbled by the support from Paul Milkovic, John Thai & Theo Cleary at Raine & Horne in Concord - great & reliable professionals that delivers what they promise - timely & with quality. Thanks guys for making it such a smooth journey for us. Johan & Marie
