Excellent Professional Resulting In Excellent Result

I approached Paul and his team to handle the sale of 5 Cormiston Avenue Concord, this property was going on to the market for the first time in over 70 years. Paul and his team were polite and friendly from the very start, they have excellent communication skill, very knowledgeable of the local area and managed to achieve an outstanding result in what is described as a difficult market. I am very grateful for all the time and effort Paul and his team put in, according to realestate.com results for the week the Concord property was one of the 80 properties to actually sell on auction day to not only sell but exceed the reserve is a job well done
