Hard working, honest, professional and a great communicator
Steve just helped me sell my unit. In short, he was an absolute star and a pleasure to work with. From the start Steve was highly professional, organised and had a deep knowledge of the market and the area. I found him to be unflappable when things cropped up and tireless in his efforts to find and follow up potential buyers. He is highly personable, a straight talker, reliable and honest. I can't recommend Hannan highly enough

Best agent
Steve has been managing our properties since 2018, and recently sold one of our apartments. We were thrilled with the result of the sale and the management of the process from start to finish. Selling is a nerve wracking experience but Steve made us feel completely at ease. For rental management, his tenant vetting process is measured and experienced. He provided insightful recommendations based on more than just income. The regular inspections were detailed and we receive comprehensive feedback on our tenants. I also understand that the tenants are pleased with his service based on the tone of communication. For the past 5 years we were both landlords and tenants, and the comparison dealing with different agents as a tenant vs a landlord was stark. If only everyone could have Steve as their agent!

Bondi Unit Sale
Dean has recently successfully managed the sale of my small refurbished 1-2 bedroom unit in Bondi Beach. This had to be done in a very difficult market for sales in an environment of increasing interest rates and falling property prices over the previous year. Dean went about his in a very professional manner at all times, setting up an excellent on line marketing campaign generating a high level of interest. Dean was tenacious in following up with all interested parties ahead of the scheduled auction and very quick to react and advise me in terms of sale timing. He was very realistic and responsive during our discussions on reserve setting and expectations. Based on Deans advice and my evaluation of the market, we set a reasonably optimistic reserve. At auction the reserve I set was not in fact reached initially, however Dean then managed to successfully negotiate with the primary interested party over the following days to achieve my reserve price. Deans performance in all areas was excellent, demonstrating great professionalism, communication skills and market knowledge throughout the process. Dean was a pleasure to deal with and I thank him for his fine work.

Passion for Property
