Purchasing our new property was a very smooth, easy and stress free experience thanks to Jennifer, we found her open, honest and friendly attitude very refreshing, it meant we could speak openly about the type of property we were looking for and our price range. Jennifer went out of her way in changing other appointments late on a Saturday afternoon so we could view the property as we had driven an hour and a half to be in the area and were unable to return for several weeks. We then purchased this property over the course of the next week, this would not have happened other than for Jennifer going out of her way to meet with us. Jennifer's communication was excellent, keeping us up to date throughout the negotiation process and made her self available 24/7 to answer any of our inquiries. My partner and I had been watching the market for months before listing and had noticed how quickly and seemingly effortless Jennifer was selling her properties. Once meeting her we knew right away she suited our house perfectly! She was always there to answer any silly questions I had and give us suggestions of what would make our house more appealing to a buyer. We ended up liking her so much we suggested my partners parents list with her and she sold their house shortly after. Real estate agents get a bit of a bad reputation and quite rightly some of the time. Jennifer was the complete opposite of this being fantastic at every turn. She made us feel welcome to her town and was with us every step of the way through the purchase process. Although she was working for the vendor, we felt that she was fair and helped us equally through the process.

When I commenced my search in Kyneton to purchase a property, I visited all agents in the area to introduce myself. I found Jennifer Pearce to be very engaging and down to earth. I looked through one property with Jennifer which didn't suit me but Jennifer listened to what features I was looking for in a house because she rang me soon after on one Saturday afternoon to let me know that a house has just come on the market that she thought 'had my name on it'. We agreed to meet on the next working day, which was on a Monday and by the end of the day I was the owner of a new house. After almost 3 months of searching, I had finally found the one. Jennifer had remembered what I had told her previously - that I wanted an open plan kitchen, dining area and willing to undertake a small project. This house fitted the bill perfectly. Through the negotiation process, Jennifer kept me updated and the deal was done almost seamlessly. Jennifer was also great after I had purchased the property. She kept in touch and even sent me a photo of a tree that has blossomed in MY garden. I was also able to do a couple of inspections prior to settlement date which was really helpful. At settlement, I picked up the key from the agency and was presented with an amazing hamper, full of fruit, vegies and even a bottle of sparkling wine. What a great welcome to Kyneton pack.

We invited Jennifer to inspect & value our house. She arrived Saturday afternoon, on time & gave our house a thorough inspection, asking many questions to get a good understanding about it. We hadn't sold or purchased for 20 years so Jennifer also took us through the process, advised what we needed to do and was available if we needed help. Jennifer completed the valuation which we agreed with. Within 20 minutes of Jennifer leaving she rang to say she had an interested party that wanted an inspection. An hour later another phone call to say there was a second person wanting an inspection. On the Monday we sold! You obviously know your clients well and have a great contact base. Great effort Jennifer!
