From the very first meeting to the exchange of contract Filippo set a strategy and followed it through. I was most impressed with the team’s preparation and time to set up the house for sale as it was an old house. The great ‘value add’ by the capital improvements completed to the property combined with the interior design was very important to the final result. This enabled the property to be presented at its best for the buyers. The communication through the sale process created trust as I felt I was informed at all times which enabled me to be comfortable with the final result knowing the whole marketing process was maximised. Importantly it is obvious Filippo, Michael, Xavier and Sophia worked very hard as a team using each others strengths to ensure the ultimate successful outcome
