We have had a great experience with Jennifer and would highly recommend her.
Jennifer sold our rental property. She is so knowledgeable about the local area and the current market. She is friendly and so easy to work with. We found her to be extremely hard working and very aware of her vendors needs. She opened our house every week for a quick sale as she was aware that we weren’t getting any rent while it was empty. Her communication skills are excellent and she keeps you informed all the way. We have had some great chats. We can’t recommend her highly enough and would never consider another agent when we sell again. Thank you so much bits been a pleasure to share this experience with you Jennifer.

Very professional
We recently sold our house through John and we cannot rate him higher. Went way beyond just being a Real Estate agent and ended up being a friend which made our transition less stressful. Would recommend him and Raine & Horne to anybody wishing to purchase or sell their home. Barb & Greg.

I have known Jennifer for almost 10 years now she first sold my first home in Port Noarlunga South in 2011 and I then bought the house I have just sold in 2013 I have found Jennifer to be more than helpful in every aspect of the sale of my property I would recommend Jennifer to anyone wishing to sell or buy property in the southern area

We wouldn't use anyone else!
Jennifer & John have sold 4 properties for our family over the last 10 years & we wouldn’t use anybody else for our Real Estate needs. Jennifer sold all our properties in the first few weeks on the market, often at the first open inspections & always gets excellent prices for us. John sold our son’s unit recently, under difficult circumstances & also got a quick sale & a cash buyer. Jennifer & John are always professional, friendly & we felt very comfortable dealing & talking with them both.

Jennifer is a lovely, happy yet very professional Real Estate Agent with a wonderful sense of humour. We actually "interviewed" lots of agents before we made our selection. Jennifer stood out far above anyone else!! Selling our home has been made so much easier having someone so caring and lovely with great communication skills. Purchasing a Home made easy
They say buying a property is a bit nerve racking ,but the experience that I have had with Jennifer Drabic from Raine& Horne Morphett Vale changed that perception ,I actually reside in Western Australia ,so I was hoping it would go well, but you never know.Buying a home for my parents, also made the process a little bit more tricky, so after looking online at a number of homes I decided to contact Jennifer and explain my needs, straight away she made me feel relaxed and confident that we will find the perfect home for my parents,Jennifer contacted my parents and organised a few inspections ,first inspection went well and my parents were impressed with Jennifer's knowledge and very helpful approach to our/their needs.We talked on the phone and Jennifer found a home that would suit my parents perfectly, so another inspection and also with me watching the process using FaceTime (wonderful and handy tool as I could see as well).It was the home we needed and the rest is history, but if it was not for the professional and friendly service from Jennifer that made me feel comfortable from the beginning we would still be looking ,So Thankyou very much Jennifer and your team for making this Purchase an Easy one, appreciate the effort and look forward to our new Home:)
