Second time round!
We'd bought an investment property through Jennifer previously and when we were considering buying another we touched base with Jennifer and asked her to keep us in mind for anything along the lines of our interest. A few months went by with some suggestions and then finally this one popped up which was ideal in just about all regards for us. From our initial offer through to a delayed settlement Jennifer was the epitomy of friendly, helpful and professional. Jennifers' home offices assistance through the process was greatly appreciated and her integrity, honesty and conduct were second to none. We would be more than happy to buy from Jennifer again (or sell) if the timing is right!

Very happy repeat customer

A Phenomenal Agent
Jennifer was absolutely wonderful. She helped me purchase my very first home, and was so patient and understanding with my many, many questions. She was always available to help, and and so kind and compassionate. Jennifer was so helpful in the open inspection, answering all of my questions, but allowing me time to think and have a look by myself. She always worked with me and my availability, and was willing to answer any questions out of business hours and on weekends. An amazing agent. Thank you so much Jennifer. A Woman of our Time
Jennifer Drabic was very professional and accommodating in making an appointment for me when I could not attend the "Open House" at the nominated time. She was compassionate about my circumstances and has certainly done things for me that a lot of other people would not bother to do. There were times when I was quite emotional and Jennifer guided me through all the steps of purchasing and so made the transition from one State to another a lot easier for me. You hear a lot of derogative comments about estate agents but if they were all like Jennifer, not a bad word would be said. It's all in the timing.
This little home which Jenny was Marketing at Morphett Vale was definitely in need of some love and it just happened to suit our purpose. Jenny was fantastic through the hole process with great communication from us to home owner and its been a pleasure dealing with R&H real estate. The next plan for this little home is ..........yep, our first demo and subdivision. Wish us luck and in a few years someone else will be enjoying this little spot in Morphett Vale.

Second rental property we have sold with John Drabic
This is the second time I've sold with John Drabic. He was honest & upfront right from the start regarding how much we had to spend on advertising and what we had to do with the property before we started to advertise (gardens, blinds, etc) ..... we were very pleased (again!) with the final results - the preparation for the sale (that he suggested we do) definitely paid off!
