Brilliant! Well Done! 10/10! In November 2018, I had been searching for a 2br unit. I finally found after 8 weeks of searching my 'now' home. A friend told me about a unit being sold through Raine & Horne at Morphett Vale. I phoned up in my lunch break and was given an appointment to view at a time that suited me. Very prompt & efficient! I was greeted by Jennifer Drabic, who was very pleasant, knowledgeable, and was acting on behalf of her husband as he had other clients already booked. I made an offer on the same day as viewing, and John phoned me back to advise that the unit was mine! It is often said that 'Fortune favours the brave'. Jennifer was bold enough to place a hand written note in to our letterbox after she'd seen that we had removed our home from the market following an unsuccessful sales campaign. Feeling a little disillusioned and with confidence in our home dented, we didn't really have a plan to move forward.
