My wife and I bought and sold our house with Duncan. He is an honest and open operator who is easy to get along with. Which in an industry that isn't known for always being trustworthy is extremely refreshing. I couldn't recommend Duncan enough.

We were very happy with the way that Adam handled the sale of our apartment. Adam responded and professionally to all queries during the sale process, and demonstrated an excellent understanding of the local market. We would highly recommend him and his team to any vendor.

We couldn't be happier with Duncan's work. He put in so much effort from our very first encounter right up until our property had been sold. Duncan had excellent communication across text, calls and emails, ensuring we understood everything and giving us piece of mind throughout the process. Duncan always made himself available and kept us informed every step of the way. His professionalism, knowledge of the area, expertise in the market and buyer behaviours and general warm presence shone through. Duncan went the extra mile for us, even looking after our dog during an open when we were unable to find alternate arrangements! He is a true professional, someone who is willing to work hard to get the best result for his clients. We are extremely happy with Duncan's work and would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for an experienced, friendly and knowledgeable agent. Thank you, Duncan!

Adam and his team were amazing! He sold our investment property in Chippendale pre auction for more than we were expecting. We have the added complexity of living overseas but the process and proactive communication from Adam and his team were perfect. We couldn’t be more pleased with the result. Thank you Adam!

Duncan and his team provided exceptional service. Always being fair and supplying accurate advice both on my property and current market conditions. I am always impressed with his communication skills and knowledge of the local and wider real estate markets. Duncan achieved a result for my sale way beyond my expectations. I have known Duncan professionally for 16 years, I bought my home from him and then he sold it all those years later. In that time, I have recommended Duncan to friends who have also used his service and they too talk highly of his dedication and professionalism.

Duncan and Vishnu were a pleasure to work with. They communicated well, with informative updates and manage expectations around prospective buyers. We trusted their strategy and it delivered the result we wanted. Always had time to answer questions and hear feedback. Great experience. Would recommend.

Duncan and his team made an off market sale into a very efficient 7 day sale. His database mailing and effective openings were very well run and provided multiple interested parties.
