He and his team achieved a great result with the sale of our townhouse during uncertain market conditions. Duncan had excellent market knowledge and gave us a guide price range for our property that was realistic, but with room to stretch at the upper end. Duncan understood our property’s most appealing features and steered the preparation of marketing that emphasised these. He also worked out which types of buyers would be most interested and was very effective at reaching them and finding the ones ready to buy. Prior to auction Duncan was thorough in his follow up of all potential buyers. At the auction Duncan handled the active buyers well and was able to secure the sale on the second business day after the auction, at a very good price. He persisted with negotiation right until the end and pushed the final selling price up significantly during the last 24 hours. Throughout the marketing, auction and post-auction negotiation Duncan and his team communicated with us really well and kept us informed during the rapidly evolving sale process.
