Many thanks to Michael and Vivienne who coordinated the sale of our investment property. Michael was friendly to deal with and Vivienne was busy behind the scenes. Michael pulled out all the stops to ensure a sale on auction day.
Michael Harris
Michael was a very regular communicator with honest feedback & realistic approach in selling our property, rather than promising an unattainable sale price. He gained my confidence with his balanced approach at each step in explaining what were my options as different decisions had to be made. Thanks for your guidance, Michael, without pressure.

Backed by a solid team that is professional and shows a lot of care in what they do, Duncan is an exceptional real estate agent who has a great wealth of knowledge in the industry; excellent communication, managing expectation and negotiation. This is our second sale completed by Duncan and his team. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Selling the property was not easy given massive building works and a tied looking block. But Duncan (and his very supportive team) worked overtime to secure a sale at the full asking price.

Adam’s commitment to my sale, and his never ending effort and drive to achieve the best result, are the reason I am extremely happy with the outcome. Adam was very communicative, keeping me in the loop through the entire process and I really appreciate the outstanding work he has done. I recommend Adam very highly.

Duncan is very professional and know the market really well. He is not that agent who over quote in order to win the listing and then condition the owner to lower the expectation to "meet the market". The price guide he gave us during the interview process was exactly the final sales price he achieved within 2 weeks of the marketing campaign. The supporting team is also amazing and no details was left unattended. The logistic of photography, styling furniture was extremely smooth and right on the proposed time table. I cannot recommend Duncan’s team more if you are consider selling.

A seamless, hassle-free sales process of our Newtown apartment. Duncan and his team could not have been more helpful or efficient. They organised all the work required to get the property ready for sale. Painting, carpeting, new blinds and the final furniture dressing of the entire apartment. The quotes from their trades people were very competitive and we were very satisfied with all the work undertaken. The property sold quickly during the off-market period and saved us the time and expense of the inspection and auction process. The best sales experience I have ever had. Thank you to all the team - Duncan, Vivienne, Vishnu and Joanna.
