Duncan is a skilled and experienced agent who was pleasant to deal with, forthright and really determined to get a good result for us as sellers. He and his team achieved a great result with the sale of our townhouse during uncertain market conditions. Duncan had excellent market knowledge and gave us a guide price range for our property that was realistic, but with room to stretch at the upper end. Duncan understood our property’s most appealing features and steered the preparation of marketing that emphasised these. He also worked out which types of buyers would be most interested and was very effective at reaching them and finding the ones ready to buy. Prior to auction Duncan was thorough in his follow up of all potential buyers. At the auction Duncan handled the active buyers well and was able to secure the sale on the second business day after the auction, at a very good price. He persisted with negotiation right until the end and pushed the final selling price up significantly during the last 24 hours. Throughout the marketing, auction and post-auction negotiation Duncan and his team communicated with us really well and kept us informed during the rapidly evolving sale process. I’m happy to recommend Duncan to anyone thinking of selling and looking for an agent who is ethical, good to deal with and effective at getting a great sale result.

Duncan and his entire team were an absolute pleasure to work with. I am interstate and wanted to try selling my property for the second time after unsuccessfully listing it previously with a different agent. I looked up the best agents in the area, negotiated a brilliant fee, and Duncan sold the property before the first home open for almost 10% more than I was expecting. I am thrilled to bits that I chose Duncan and his team. His communication, professionalism and cheerful attitude were more than I was expecting and the whole experience was super easy.

It was a quick decision to sell and a light reno and furnished presentation was required. Adam and the team behind him arranged it all in good time for the first inspection. The property looked great and achieved a strong result with minimum fuss. Thank you Adam and your team. regards, Greg
