He managed to find a suitable place for our tenant to move to in an extremely tight rental market; he put us in contact with a stylist, building inspector and all the tradies we needed in a very short timeframe, all of whom were good and a couple of whom were excellent; and he ran a productive campaign, generating a lot of interest. Having never sold via auction before, we needed some hand holding and he managed us very well and with good humour, keeping us well informed all the way thru the process and giving us sound advice when we needed it.
