Duncan was helpful from the start. He managed to find a suitable place for our tenant to move to in an extremely tight rental market; he put us in contact with a stylist, building inspector and all the tradies we needed in a very short timeframe, all of whom were good and a couple of whom were excellent; and he ran a productive campaign, generating a lot of interest. Having never sold via auction before, we needed some hand holding and he managed us very well and with good humour, keeping us well informed all the way thru the process and giving us sound advice when we needed it. His support team were also great to deal with and delivered everything we needed in a professional and timely fashion We were very happy with the final price of $80k above reserve. We knew the location, the potential and the bones of the house all held great appeal and we put a lot of effort into presenting the house at its best. These factors and Duncan’s expertise - in running the open houses, understanding the eventual bidders and working the auction, combined to deliver a fantastic result above our expectations. It’s not that Duncan down played our prospects. He’d sold two comparable properties in the same week that ours hit the market, so we had a good gauge on where interest would be and set an optimistic reserve. But the bidding went way above that and we are thrilled.

Michael and his Team did an excellent job in managing the sale of my property in Sydney, while I was based in Europe. They managed the preparation for sale ie quotes re painting, gardening, cleaning, styling etc seamlessly.
