Michael & his team including Viv, did an amazing job helping us sell our property. Michael gave us updates every few days so we were always in the loop even though we leave out of State. We valued his advice in the current market. Viv in the office was lovely too, she always followed up an email with a call so we knew we needed to action something. Overall a very positive experience.

If Duncan ever has down days, I never saw one. He was always cheerful, very patient and refreshingly honest – and so was his team. My sale was complicated by circumstances beyond my control, but Duncan didn’t bat an eye: together we worked out plan A, B and C with go/no go points well understood. From my initial phone call with Duncan the level of service and communication was outstanding. I live on the other side of the world and feel like I received the same level of service as if I lived in the same suburb. Informative emails providing regular and sometimes daily updates and always followed up with a phone call.
