I approached Duncan in January 2021 with a view to sell my inner city terrace house, a complicated issue as I have been living abroad for the last 15 years and because of Covid could not be present in Australia for the process. This required me to assign a power of attorney to complete the task and again he too constantly benefited from Duncan's diligence. Duncan was fantastic in his ability to give me the confidence needed to continue with the sale. This included giving me advice on how to deal with my current tenants, an introduction to a great conveyancer and legal team and also what I should expect during the marketing of my old terrace, good and bad. His service and communication was constant, his team at Raine&Horne were always there to immediately answer any queries or give me the sound advice needed to achieve such an excellent sales result. My terrace finally sold at auction for $121,000 more than expected, even after setting a high reserve... the result was astounding!
