Duncan's regular and honest communication made what is often described as a somewhat harrowing experience in to an almost joyful one. Market knowledge was good and assistance in providing handymen and painters exemplary. If we had another house to sell Duncan would be our man.

It was an absolute pleasure dealing with Duncan for the sale of my property in Stanmore. Professional, personable, honest and reliable. Cannot fault. Completely understands the market and area. All the qualities you need in an agent when selling your home. I would highly recommend Duncan to anyone considering selling especially during these lockdown times. Him and his team made everything run smoothly from listing, running the campaign to the online auction, a thoroughly enjoyable experience.

Michael went out of his way to ensure I was confident at each stage of the process and made the best decision for me, without pressuring me to make a sale. Duncan provided us with a fantastic sales result for the sale of our townhouse in Erskineville. He understand the market and provided us with constant updates on buyer interest leading up to an auction result we were very happy with. Duncan and the team also help us prepare the property for sale arranging it to be very presentable after a long term tenant moved out. Thank you very much. We would be happy to recommend Duncan and the team to others.

Duncan was originally referred to us by a friend in 2012 to sell our house in Chippendale and we had such a good experience with him and his team that we engaged him again in 2021 to sell our house in Newtown. Duncan is honest, highly personable, well organized and kept us up to date every step of the way for both sales. He has a great team and everything went incredibly smoothly for both sales with great results! I have recommended him to a number of friends and family and wouldn’t hesitate to so so again.

Duncan proposed a strategy and price point for selling our 2 bedroom unit in Redfern. He delivered on price, he delivered on strategy and he delivered on timing. I’d gladly recommend him and his team for any sellers in the Redfern or inner city area.

The service Duncan has provided myself during the sale of my property has been nothing but amazing. He was honest and gave genuine feedback about what buyers were saying about the property and not giving me false hope. He gave great advice prior auction and good guidance along the way. His follow up was fantastic, Duncan ensured I was informed throughout the whole process and communication was clear. His experience in the market gave me confidence that he would get me the best price for my property - which he did! I was conflicted on which agent to go with at the beginning but I'm so glad I went with Duncan as he was true to his words and worked really hard for me. It's not about the biggest agent around, it's all about the one that looks after your needs and puts your interest first. Thank you Duncan.
