Duncan and Monica did a great job on the sale of our apartment in Erskineville. With tenants vacating after a long tenancy the place really needed a spruce up and Monica managed getting the place painted, re-carpeted and styled all within a week. It was an unusual market due to the impacts of COVID and we needed to make changes to the sales strategy along the way and Duncan was very good in thinking through alternatives with us and providing solid advice which paid off with a sale price we were very happy with.
