It was a pleasure to work with Michael in the sale of our apartment. Duncan and his team achieved a great result for us which of course you could put a price on, however it’s the service and professionalism the team provided that I feel u cannot put a price on. Duncan and the team effectively project managed an entire renovation for us whilst we were interstate and coordinated quotes, access for trades, and provided us with invaluable face time updates of progress, before successfully achieving a price we were happy with prior to auction, and all at a very competitive price. We had the property previously rented through the team for many years and without any hiccups whatsoever. Selling a home is not always a happy or exciting experience, I am glad to have had Duncan Gordon seeing it through! The stresses of the unknown, the (perceived)challenges of the current market can be overwhelming for most vendors. Having an agent with tensity and drive, with local knowledge and years of experience, an agent who has either sold or facilitated the purchase of your neighbour’s homes – and they are still happy to see him, come over to chat and reassure you on your choice of agent – in my view priceless! This is the 4th property I have sold and in comparison, Duncan provided valuable professional insight to my often difficult and challenging views, him and his team worked hard to facilitate the needs of potential buyers which led to a very satisfactory sale. Regular phone and email communications, prompt open house feedbacks and regular statistics reports were a clear indication of Duncan’s (and his team’s) professionalism and transparency that I appreciated throughout the marketing campaign.
