He promised to be the person that represented us at every house inspection and in all negotiations with prospective buyers. He delivered on that and guided us through the marketing process answering any queries we had. He knows the Inner West market very well. When the quickly changing COVID affected market delivered less interest in our auction than we’d hoped for, Duncan was able to advise us in moving on the the next stages. I can highly recommend Duncan to any prospective Seller. The project to sell my property begun just prior to COVID, and so strategy required to change quickly through a very uncertain market. Duncan was able to navigate me through this period with supreme communication via phone and email the moment there was an update. I always felt I knew the status of the sale, which was very important for me given I live in Singapore. His team also helped through the Sale process administration which again helped given remote location. Although auctions were cancelled 2 days prior to our planned date Duncan and Team Raine & Horne Newtown sprung in to action and adjusted our strategy accordingly. Given the restrictions resulting from Covid-19 and the downturn we were happy with the end result. I found Duncan and his staff to be very professional and diligent at all times, inspection results and comments were passed on in a timely manner, briefings were not restricted to just office hours. Calls were always returned asap. A big thank you to Duncan and all the team.

Overall great experience dealing with Duncan and the team at RH Newtown. Very detailed analysis of all 158 groups of people that came to see our property during the inspections. Timely communications and open recommendations throughout the whole process. Sure, probably a bit expensive compared to others, but if youre looking for thorough service, look no further than Duncan and his team.
