Given the restrictions resulting from Covid-19 and the downturn we were happy with the end result. I found Duncan and his staff to be very professional and diligent at all times, inspection results and comments were passed on in a timely manner, briefings were not restricted to just office hours. Overall great experience dealing with Duncan and the team at RH Newtown. Very detailed analysis of all 158 groups of people that came to see our property during the inspections. Timely communications and open recommendations throughout the whole process.
