It was an absolute pleasure dealing with Duncan and Tom when we were looking for a house to buy. Warm, friendly and straight-forward is how I would describe both of these agents. We ended up buying our house from Duncan and he kept us in the loop the entire process. He gave us excellent advice in terms of putting in an offer and what price the owners would sell for. We went into the auction knowing what price we needed to get to in order to make our dream house our own house. I would highly recommend both buying and selling from Duncan Gordon, he is an excellent real estate agent of the highest of standards.

Having been searching very intensely since before Christmas, I have met many real estate agents. I cannot speak highly enough of Michael. He was totally professional at all stages of our relationship; from meeting him at open homes to buying one of his properties at auction. He knows the market inside out, and must be one of the top agents for Inner West Sydney. Michael is utterly realistic, and happy to answer any client questions, or to point you in the right direction to get answers. He has a calm, methodical no- nonsense style, and would definitely be the agent I would choose if I were to be listing a property. He is also backed by a very efficient team!

We cannot recommend Michael Harris and his team more highly. Melissa is fantastic and helps guide you the steps. Matthew is friendly and Adam and Bruna were willing to help find our new rental home. Their professionalism and expertise is spot on but they are also friendly and personable. They guide you through a daunting and stressful process perfectly. Each team member called us on the day of the auction to wish us luck and then took their time to congratulate us personally. We never once felt pressured or like we were just another client. Michael and his team gave us their undivided attention every step of the way. You will not regret putting your trust in Michael Harris and his team at Raine and Horne.
