Most professional in attitude while still being down to earth. Very enthusiastic and supportive. His service was at all times attentive and helpful. His follow-up was exceptional. Being a remote vendor, Duncan and his staff were always on hand to help with the renovations required, and the dressing of the property for sale. Communication was always regular and prompt, and verbal advice was always followed up with written confirmation. The sales result in a softening market was above expectation, and would not have been achieved without his involvement.
