Through good communication I found I was able to trust Michael and his suggestions with decisions to be made leading to the great outcome. Another unexpected good outcome was being given a list of 'tradies' who were very reliable and project managed themselves to ensure all work was carried out on time to a high standard. We are very happy we chose Duncan for the sale of our investment property in Glebe. Duncan worked tirelessly making sure the property was ready in the best state possible within a compressed time frame. He was really respectful of our tenants which was important to us. Duncan kept us updated throughout the sale process and called us after each inspection and gave us detailed feedback of how it went. We could trust Duncan and that he was working in our best interests. He built strong relationships with potential buyers which translated in a top pre-auction outcome above our expectation.
