We were alerted to Michael's reputation in real estate for some time, and he did not disappoint. From our first meeting to the end, our discussions were open and insightful, and using his experience and expertise, he was able to highlight options we could take to maximise the value of our property. Tradesmen were organised by his team and the transformation by the stylist created a result in minimal time (and cost) that was impressive...all with no effort, time or stress on our part. Throughout the marketing campaign, we were regularly updated and Michael provided excellent analysis of where we stood and likely scenarios that would follow. His follow-up after each open house was excellent, as was the constant and easy flow of e-mails between us and his team.
