We recently purchased a home through Michael and the team at Raine & Horne Newtown and it was an amazing experience. We'd had some negative experiences with other agents so Michael's open and honest approach was a very welcome change. We felt like we are kept up to date with information throughout the sale campaign and purchase process and everything was smooth from beginning to end - Michael and his team helped make a huge life decision stress free. I would highly recommend the team at Raine & Horne Newtown - especially Michael and Anthony. Thanks again!

From the first time I met Duncan, I was impressed with his friendliness and interest in our property and my family. He made helpful recommendations about when and how to sell. He and his team were unbelievably helpful in supporting us prepare our property - for example, they helped us find a cleaner and gardener at a days notice. He kept us well informed after each house opening and the level of interest of each prospective buyer. He knows the Darlington and Newtown area well and his expertise gave us confidence to follow his strategy at each stage. It is largely due to his skill that we gained such an amazing price. Duncan and his team made what is a huge and daunting task to us, easy and manageable. I never thought I would find a real estate agent so kind, thoughtful and helpful. Thank you Duncan and thank you to the team at Raine and Horne. My husband and I can't recommend you more highly.

Selling our Newtown home from interstate meant finding an agent we could really trust and having met Michael previously at local house viewings we felt confident that he was that agent. He has sold many homes similar to ours and impressed us with his professionalism and knowledge of the property market in the inner west. We also appreciated his honest and realistic approach. He suggested ways to present the property to its best advantage and Melissa made all the arrangements for us with the stylist, painter etc.; the finished product was really impressive. Communication from both Michael and Melissa was outstanding throughout and we felt in no way disadvantaged by selling from afar. Media coverage was extensive including 'House of the week' and we were more than happy to accept an offer one week prior to auction. Thank you Michael and Melissa.

My husband and I were hesitant to sell our house right from the get go. Adam and Duncan patiently took us through the entire process and answered all our questions. When we eventually hit the green light, the team were extremely efficient and had our home up on their website within days. They kept us regularly updated and were transparent with all buyer feedback. Would highly recommend the team at Raine and Horne Newtown for their professional and thorough services.

Duncan was recommended by a family member in the industry. I valued Duncan's integrity and experience, and realistic approach. He never over-promised and managed my expectations well. His whole team were very professional and the communication (verbal and written) throughout the campaign was very thorough. Considering the uncertainty of selling a property at auction, I found the process very smooth and, for the most part, stress-free and this was largely due to the appointment of Duncan as my estate agent. I would definitely recommend him to anyone selling their home.
