When we made the decision on selling our much loved home we went through the normal process in contacting several real estate agencies in the area. Going through this process was an experience where on occasion we were given what I felt were High Ball Appraisals & then told that the sky was the limit on our sale price. It left one feeling like we were being patronised to the extreme & quite frankly an insult to ones intelligence. After checking sales on similar properties on an independent website we found that Michael had sold considerably more homes like ours than any agency in the area and therefore from our point of view deemed the most suitable professional for our requirements.
