Gary worked extremely hard for my Mother and gained an excellent price for her house in Oxley. Gary was constantly updating us which developments along the way he gave the feeling that he was working for Mum the seller which not many Real Estate Agents do. Generally they keep coming back trying to get the sellers to drop their price to make a quick sale with no effort. I was very happy with Gary and would recommend him to anyone.

I knew Gary would be the only one to get us a high offer, in fact the highest recorded in the townhouse complex by $25k. We purchased our 2nd property from him and knew he'd be the only realestate agent to ever sell one of our properties. He is personable and respectful. He's personable and answered all my questions. Gary was chosen initially for his candour and great presentation skills. As the sale progressed we also came to appreciate what we saw as honesty and a great work ethic. His whole team functioned seamlessly (admin, marketer, photographer) and the lead up to the sale came together effortlessly. He managed both vendor and purchaser with integrity.
