After having my deceased fathers property with another agent for nearly 6 months and being disappointed with their service, I made to decision to change agents. I found Maggie to be very helpful throughout the process, and sympathetic during the various issues I encountered trying to get my unconditional approval despite having already had pre-approval in place. She was able to assist me in dealing with the vendor, and organising inspections and answering queries over the phone and via text, and was prompt in her responses, which made things a lot easier. I imagine it would have been even more stressful with a less understanding agent! Thanks, Maggie!
