Our experience as landlords with APG Greater Springfield has been both positive and refreshing. The rental team of Melissa, Belinda, and Olivia have been lovely to deal with and very professional. We also bought the property through APG and our agent Angela was very understanding, patient, and easy to deal with. We continue to employ APG as our rental property agency and would recommend them to anyone.

Great ongoing experience with APG and really appreciate the professional service, care and communication from my PM Kimberley and the team. The efficiency of the team, in particular, far exceeds my expectation and it saves me a lot of time and stress looking after my property.

The Property Managers looked after my rental for two years whilst I was interstate. They kept me involved and on top of any issues or concerns. They were particularly helpful when the house was damaged in the October hail storms. They stepped up and were my proxy when the house was being repaired.

Stephanie has been looking after my property this year. She's professional, prompt and proactive and I feel comfortable knowing my asset, located in a different state to where I live, is in safe hands. Stephanie is also a wonderful and personable and I've enjoyed her customer service and regular updates on her dogs :)

All Properties Group - in particular Cathy Elias, have been fantastic in our recent campaign for new tenants. Right from the outset we were impressed. They listened to our needs, clearly communicated with us every step of the way and worked so efficiently to fill our vacancy. Cathy in particular went above and beyond our expectations, her knowledge, expertise and exceptional work ethic made the whole daunting process simple and easy. I highly recommend Cathy and the team at All Properties Group for both tenants and owners.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank the team of All Properties Group for trusting us to lease one of their property. From Olivia to Belinda who promptly and assisted us to expedite the process of application. I can't thank them enough and their agents are so friendly compare to other company we have enquired with. Now we are liasing with Stephanie for the duration of the lease which from my impression is lovely and friendly too! Will definitely recommend their service for those who are looking for property agents to look after their investments.

I am with all properties group since 3 years now and Stephanie Hufton is my property manager . I would really say I am lucky enough to have her as my property manager Steph is the best manager , take care of my property very well. She is down to earth, sweet spoken person and very well experienced in property management If I buy another investment property in future then I would definitely want Stephanie Hufton only to be my property manager and no one else for sure Very happy to stay with all properties group
