Tina was involved in every aspect of selling our family home. She helped organise all the finishing touches to make our house look its best. We did not even have to be there to let in the tradespeople and stylist as Tina took control of it all. We were updated during the whole campaign after every open house and we were given regular reports on potential buyer comments and offers. Tina was always there when we needed her and she answered our queries promptly. The auction result exceeded our expectations with $215,000 over reserve. Even after the auction she helped with the settlement process, communicating with solicitors and helped sort out some difficulties that we had. We couldn't be happier with the process and result.
