Poor Bevin had his hands full with me because I am deeply sceptical and a bit hard to please. I appreciate honesty, and prompt communication and he delivered. He met my requests with good humour and he kept me in the loop. Bevin is also unfailingly optimistic and knows his market. There was no hype or hard sell. He also went 'above and beyond' by giving his time to researching and advising my sister on her real estate problem - even though it wouldn't benefit him at all! This is the smoothest real estate transaction I have ever had, and I have bought and sold several properties over the years. I would not hesitate to give him the tick of approval.

I met Bevin after he had been door-knocking in the neighbourhood. I was impressed that he actually took the time to actively find business, and get his name out there. We had a good chat, and I was determined that he would be my agent simply because he had made the effort. After signing up, we had a good talk about the merits of auction versus private treaty, and he gave me time to make the decision without any pressure. He was realistic about what a private sale might bring, and realistic that an auction could bring similar results, but with the opportunity for competition to give a stronger result. He was thorough with his follow ups to open house, and to ensure bidders would be there on the night. I was really pleased with the outcome of the auction.
