It has been a pleasure to deal with Dwight with the sale of our property in Nudgee. Is knowledge of the current market is exceptional and allowed us a swift sale at a very good price. His communication with us was exceptional and we were always up to date with offers and marketing strategies. His ability to work with tenants and his willingness to go above and beyond to keep all interested parties happy made the sale process run smoothly and kept all parties happy. We would happily recommend Dwight to anyone looking to sell their property and am sure he would succeed in getting the best outcome for all involved.

Dwight was a pleasure to deal with throughout this entire process. His attitude and professionalism was well received as we did not have the smoothest of journeys but with his help the purchase was able to progress thanks to his advice and discussions with the seller. His calm demeanour was also welcomed when things looked bleak. We would not hesitate to look to Dwight to sell our home in future.

Dwight was recommended through one of my friends who used him to sell his home. From the start he guided me to a market price above my expectations and helped me along the way. Dwight always stayed in touch with myself to keep me updated with news from potential buyers through to letting me know who attended my open homes. Although this industry can come with some ups and downs when it comes to buying and selling homes, Dwight had the knowledge and skills to reassure me that we would get there in the end and also guide the buyers through the buying process as well. I would no doubt have Dwight selling my next house and hope i get the opportunity to buy a home off him as well. Many Thanks Dwight. Regards Matthew.

I interviewed 5 agents before putting my property on the market - but came back to my first choice with Dwight. Right from the start I felt at ease & wanted my partner to meet him & he had the same opinion. I was very disillusioned with the price I thought my property was worth, to what the actual market value was, but Dwight all the time was very respectful of my thoughts & tried so hard to get the best price possible. I am very happy with the final figure & for all Dwights persistence & hard work & dealing with stupid offers from developers in a most professional way.

I recently purchased my home through Dwight and his Team, with particular thanks to Doug Tonkin, and I have no hesitation in recommending him to future purchasers and sellers! The entire process was conducted in a professional, efficient and smooth manner from negotiation through to settlement. Settlement conditions were a little unusual in my case but Dwight and his Team had my interests at heart the whole way. Their market knowledge and honesty was refreshing and they were always a pleasure to talk to. There was never any stress or pressure and my calls and enquiries always answered promptly. I love my new neighbourhood and my new house even more!!!!

It was an absolute pleasure and delight to work with Dwight in the successful buying of our land in Wavell Heights. Dwight was very informative, always prompt in getting back to us and helped us to make a decision. We would definitely recommend Dwight and his efficient team at Ray and White.

We purchased a home in Wavell Heights with the assistance of Dwight and his team. The whole process was made very straightforward and I have no doubt that this was a result of Dwight's clear, calm and direct communication style. I felt that he was working for both the buyer and us as sellers and there were no games being played as we negotiated a price. Would highly recommend Dwight and the team.

Angela was the fourth agent we met with and the last! It was not only her local area knowledge but her professionalism that sold her to us. She did everything she told us she would do, her communication was prompt and personable. Our photo's looked amazing, the marketing campaign and pricing strategy was perfect and most of all we were comfortable with it. Angela knows her area, doesn't under value your home to sell it fast and made us feel like we were in control. We weren't following the orders of an Agent - we were working with Ange to sell our house together! Big thanks to Ange and her team - one open house, multiple offers and SOLD!

My husband and I have been extremely happy with Dwight. He has been so very positive all the way through our open house inspections and has kept us up to date with client feedback. Dwight has recommended new strategies when needed and has delivered us with a very satisfying result. We wish to thank Dwight for all his professional advice but he has also been completely approachable to our ideas as well. We have sold our property and are looking forward to our new home and seachange.
