We have used Dwight and his team twice in the past few years to sell property. Both times he has been fantastic to deal with, his communication is great and always keeps us up to date with what is going on and reports on any leads, website hits, any feedback or possible buyers he encounters. We always feel as though he is working hard for us. He has great experience, market knowledge and what seems to be an endless list of buyers just waiting to buy something.. I definitely recommend Dwight Colbert as a professional real estate agent.

Angela helped us purchase a new property, we found ourselves in a multiple offers scenario. We appreciated her open communication and responsiveness in handling the negotiations. Angela was easy to deal with and we would recommend her if you are buying or selling.

Angie is extremely easy to deal with and a very good communicator. She is always quick to reply to messages and educated us throughout the whole process as we we're first home buyers. I would recommend her to anyone and we will be using her again in the future.

Jack and I are both extremely happy with Dwight and his team in helping us purchase this property. We are totally in love with it and can't wait to get stuck into renovating it. We were so happy with how the transaction happened, and especially loved how Courtney attended to our every need. She made the process even more enjoyable again. Definitely would recommend you all!! Thank you, Paris and Jack

Dwight and his group are a highly skilled team. they had valid reply's for ever question. I am confident that they believe the market value was reached at the auction.i do not believe we got value for the $30,000 it cost to sell at well bellow our reserve .

Dwight impressed in many ways. Two aspects stand out. First, Dwight is always prompt in reporting progress and goes out of his way to keep the lines of communication open. Second, Dwight is a tireless, flexible operator. He always has several properties on the go but it feels like 100% of his time is allocated to you.

Dwight and the people at Ray White have been excellent throughout the sale of the property at 32 Parker Ave, Northgate. He did many open houses and I was always getting feedback on the thoughts of people that attended the open house through a weekly email or letter sent to us. He has done a absolutely wonderful job throughout the whole process. He was very knowledgeable of the area. We recommend him highly. Regards, Alan, Sandra and Kaylene.
