Rob acted professional with good area knowlege and creative ideas from the first step. He had great communication with me as the vendor, even after contract had gone uncondirional Rob still kept regular contact. Rob used all resources that were available to him in order to ensure a quick sale and also obtained our asking price. I would have no problem engaging Rob to sell my next house should that opportunity arise again.
