I first met Tim when he sold the unit next to mine. I mentioned to him that I was thinking of selling but I needed to do some renovation first. Really it was quite a bit of work and was overwhelming me thinking about it. He said he had a handyman he uses regularly. So I got Tim to visit me with his handyman and he explained what work was needed . Ramzi, the handyman did a tremendous job and Tim followed with a great campaign and my unit was sold. A big effort by all.

As a buyer I looked at a lot of properties before inspecting this home. Tim followed up with me post inspection, which sadly not many agents did. Tim talked me through the process of purchasing and the contract. Tim was very informative and made arrangements for a building and pest inspection & recommended a solicitor to represent me.
