It's a hard choice when picking who is going to sell your property. We’ve had a great deal of experience over the years with Real Estate Agents, and most recently had the pleasure of dealing with Tim Grevell from Ray White at Benowa. We purchased a property through Tim, and found him to be very helpful, frank, and honest. There were some unforeseen issues with settlement, due to both our bank and the sellers bank losing documentation. Tim assisted greatly in communicating with both parties and solicitors, thus ensuring our original settlement date was achieved. Tim provided us the reassurance we needed when things where beyond our control. Tim is very knowledgeable and efficient, and is also very personable.
