It's a hard choice when picking who is going to sell your property. We’ve had a great deal of experience over the years with Real Estate Agents, and most recently had the pleasure of dealing with Tim Grevell from Ray White at Benowa. We purchased a property through Tim, and found him to be very helpful, frank, and honest. There were some unforeseen issues with settlement, due to both our bank and the sellers bank losing documentation. Tim assisted greatly in communicating with both parties and solicitors, thus ensuring our original settlement date was achieved. Tim provided us the reassurance we needed when things where beyond our control. Tim is very knowledgeable and efficient, and is also very personable. Tim & Lisa was refered to me by another owner in my building who just sold her unit a couple of weeks prior through another agent...Although a successful sale she recomended Tim through her past dealing and regreted not goting through him for her sale. Tim & Lisa was committed from the word go. From the first appointment, Tim came to see me on his day off on very short notice. He displayed extensive knowledge of the area and the sales history of my building and the surrounding area. Everystep of the way Tim & Lisa kept me informed of all inspections and the communication from all prospective buyers. I was presented with a sale contract above asking price within only a week of being on the market. Even the follow up leading up to settlement, I experienced issues with my other purchasing agent, Tim was more than accomodating to assist in changing around settlement dates with my buyers of this properties to make sure all went smoothly for all parties.
